Date curry dip perfect for savoury muffins

INGREDIENTS FOR APPROX. 12 CUPCAKES

pitted dates	150g
Garlic cloves	2
Cream cheese natural	300g
Sour cream	200 g
curry	2 1/2 tsp
Salt	1/2 tsp
ground pepper

Let's go...

Dip
Chop the dates and garlic in a high-performance blender on the highest setting.

With a blender: Chop the dates very finely with a knife or soak them in water for a day beforehand, drain and carefully puree with a hand blender. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and mix.

Without a mixer: Mix by hand or use a hand blender. Season to taste and enjoy.
