BASIC DOUGH RECIPE - SPELT-CHOCOLATE Batter

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 CUPCAKES

Spelt flour 250 g
baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
Chocolate flakes 100 g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
egg 1
Sugar 125g
Vanillin sugar 1 pk.
Oil (rapeseed oil) 80ml
yogurt 250 g

Preheat oven
Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
Spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda, grated chocolate
and cocoa powder.
Whisk eggs and then add sugar,
Mix together vanilla sugar, oil and yoghurt.
Then fold in the flour mixture.
Pour 2/3 of the finished dough into the molds.
Bake (approx. 5 min.) Press CUCAP® into the middle of the dough
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
