BASIC DOUGH RECIPE - SPELT-CHOCOLATE Batter
INGREDIENTS FOR 12 CUPCAKES
Spelt flour | 250 g |
baking powder | 1 teaspoon |
Baking soda | 0.5 tsp |
Chocolate flakes | 100 g |
Cocoa powder | 1 tbsp |
egg | 1 |
Sugar | 125g |
Vanillin sugar | 1 pk. |
Oil (rapeseed oil) | 80ml |
yogurt | 250 g |
Preheat oven
Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
Spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda, grated chocolate
and cocoa powder.
Whisk eggs and then add sugar,
Mix together vanilla sugar, oil and yoghurt.
Then fold in the flour mixture.
Pour 2/3 of the finished dough into the molds.
Bake (approx. 5 min.) Press CUCAP® into the middle of the dough
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
