BASIC DOUGH RECIPE - LIGHT BATTER
INGREDIENTS FOR 12 CUPCAKES
soft butter | 125g |
Sugar | 100 g |
vanilla sugar | 1 pk. |
Eggs | 2 |
Flour | 150g |
baking powder | 2 Tea spoons |
milk | 80ml |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Preheat oven
Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Gradually stir in eggs.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and add milk.
Pour 2/3 of the finished dough into the molds.
Bake (approx. 5 min.) Press CUCAP® into the middle of the dough.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
