Bread dough with minced meat - EM Muffin - Black Red Gold

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 CUPCAKES

For the dough

Spelt flour (type 630) 300g
linseed 30g
Sunflower seeds 30g
baking powder 1/2 pk.
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sparkling water or beer (Hefeweizen or Pils) 0.25L

For the filling

Minced meat (beef) 250 g
pinch of salt 1 pinch
Pinch of pepper 1 pinch
oregano 2 Tea spoons
Parsley 2 Tea spoons
Soy sauce 1 tbsp

For decoration

  • Cocktail tomatoes
  • Parsley

Let's go...

Dough
Mix the flour, linseed, sunflower seeds, baking powder and salt. Then gradually add the sparkling water and mix the dough well.

The dough should be firm and no longer sticky. If it is still sticky, just add a little more flour.

Prepare the muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C. If you don't have silicone muffin tins, please grease the muffin tins a little beforehand.

Divide the dough into approx. 12 portions with your hands and place them in the muffin tins. Then put the CUCAP into the centering aid and place the centering aid on the muffin tin. Press the CUCAP lightly into the dough.

Then bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The muffins are ready when the CUCAP can be easily removed from the dough.

Briefly fry the minced meat over high heat and then continue to fry over medium heat until cooked through. Add salt, pepper, oregano and parsley as needed and deglaze with soy sauce.

Then place it in the muffin cavity. Finally, decorate with halved tomatoes.

TIP

  • If you like, you can sprinkle the filled mu n with some grated cheese and bake it in the oven for another 5 minutes. Then decorate with tomatoes, lettuce or something similar.
  • If you don't want to eat so many muffins straight away, you can freeze them in a freezer bag.
